This Privacy Policy describes how the private applications operated under jm99.org ("the App", "we", "us") handle information. These applications are personal, single-operator tools used by the site owner to run private business and trading operations. They are not offered to the public and do not create accounts for third parties.
Where the App integrates with Google services, it requests only the narrowly scoped permissions required to function:
gmail.send scope): permission to send email from the
owner's own Google account. The App uses this solely to deliver operational alert and
notification emails to the account owner. It does not read, search, delete, or
modify existing messages, and it does not access the mailbox contents.Access is used exclusively to send automated operational notifications (for example: system status alerts, monitoring warnings, and summary reports) to the account owner. No message content is generated from, or sent to, any third party.
The App does not sell, rent, or share any Google user data with third parties. OAuth credentials (such as a refresh token) are stored solely to maintain the authorized connection and are held in access-controlled infrastructure. The App's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Authorization persists until the owner revokes it. The owner may revoke the App's access at any time via the Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions), which immediately terminates the App's ability to send mail.
